SlendierSlim
Slendier Slim is a great low carb pasta substitute that I use every so often. Its ingredients are Konjac, which is a Asian root vegetable (roughly 40% soluble fibre & contains glucomannan which creates a feeling of fullness), and firming agent 526. I wouldn’t recommend eating this on a regular basis but it is a great option for when you want to pretend your eating pasta! Taste’s okay if you rinse a lot before and after cooking, and I find that cooking it for around 5 minutes helps improve the taste, but please follow directions on the packet if you wish! Available pasta forms include rice, spaghetti, noodles, angel hair, fettuccine and lasagne sheets. Gluten Free, Vegan, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free and really LOW CARB!
